SMC Center for health promotion service innovation project
Samsung Medical Center (SMC) is one of the biggest hospitals in Korea. We proposed SMC a strategic plan and vision, hich its Center for health promotion needs to step with the generation of Heath care 3.0. By visiting the hospital, and trying out their services, we identified the customers’ perspectives. We also held several workshops with medical team, to identify the service providers’ perspectives as well. Also a number of interviews with market experts helped us to raw insights, and to design customers’ overall health care experience provided at Samsung Medical Center.
