This is a skincare service design project for middle-aged women. We proceeded with in-depth interviews in order to determine the inclinations and needs of the middle-aged women. Experts in numerous fields relevant to the subject were interviewed to draw various insights. Through ‘shadow tracking’, we observed our target group at the hypermarkets to determine their behavioural patterns while purchasing skin care products. We proposed a service design, which helps middle-aged women to perceive the idea of aging more positively and treat themselves with better care.
